Description
(2) 2020 CAT G3520H 2.469MW Natural Gas Generator Sets
4160V | 60Hz | Enclosed | Factory Tested | Two Units Available
ARC Power Systems is offering a matched pair of 2020 CAT G3520H high-efficiency natural gas generator packages. Each unit was factory tested at 2,469 kW, 4160V, 60Hz, 3-phase and 0.80 power factor, providing up to 4.938 MW of combined factory-rated generation capacity.
These are complete, project-engineered generator packages, not bare engines or incomplete open-skid generator sets. Each CAT G3520H is installed in a Wedlake weather-resistant walk-in enclosure with an engine-driven radiator, CAT SR5 medium-voltage alternator, EMCP 4.3 controls, local annunciator, critical-grade exhaust silencer, auxiliary electrical system, batteries, charger, jacket water heater, spill-containment skid and supporting package equipment.
Both generator sets have individual CAT factory test reports documenting successful full-load testing and load rejection testing. They are represented as new surplus project equipment and unused in commercial service, subject to inspection and confirmation of current operating hours and preservation history.

- Industrial prime and continuous power
- Behind-the-meter generation
- Data center base-load and bridge-power projects
- AI data center power infrastructure
- Microgrids
- Utility capacity support
- Manufacturing facilities
- Oil and gas operations
- Combined heat and power projects
- Parallel utility operation
Rare Matched-Pair Opportunity
Late-model, medium-voltage CAT G3520H packages in a documented two-unit configuration are rarely available on the secondary market. These units provide buyers with complete enclosed generation packages, factory test documentation and nearly 5 MW of combined factory-rated natural gas generation capacity.
The packages may significantly reduce the engineering, fabrication and procurement required when compared with sourcing bare generator sets and separately integrating cooling, controls, exhaust, auxiliary electrical equipment and outdoor enclosures.
